KuratiqTerms of use
1. Who we are
Kuratiq is operated by Ivan Ivanovych Yarema, vul. Zakarpatska 72, Vynohradiv, Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine. Our legal representative in the EU under the Digital Services Act (Art. 13) is [name and address of the EU legal representative]. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use Kuratiq
You must be at least 16 years old. You use Kuratiq through an anonymous account that the app creates for you. Anyone with your phone can act as you in the app, so protect your device.
3. What you may post
Questions, answers and posts must not:
- be illegal under EU law or the law of the EU country where they are seen;
- harass, threaten or reveal private information about others;
- be spam, scams or misleading;
- be advertising that is not labelled. Creators must switch on Paid partnership whenever they were paid, got the product for free or have another commercial link to what they recommend.
You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to store and show it in Kuratiq for as long as it is published. Questions stay on a board after you delete your account, without your name.
4. Recommendations are opinions
Posts reflect the personal views of their creators. We do not check whether a place is open, a product is safe or a price is correct, and we are not party to anything you buy or book because of a recommendation.
5. How the feed is ordered
The Discover feed shows posts that match the interests you picked first, then the newest. You can filter by category, show only creators you follow and hide sponsored posts in Profile. We do not use your personal data to rank anything else.
6. Reporting content
Use Report on any post or question, or write to report@kuratiq.com with a link or description of the content and why you think it is illegal. Reported content is hidden for you at once. We review reports promptly and without arbitrariness.
If we remove or restrict content or an account, we tell the person affected why (DSA Art. 17), unless the law forbids it. You can contest our decision, and the decision on your report, within six months by writing to appeals@kuratiq.com; a person who did not take the first decision reviews it. You may also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (DSA Art. 21) or to the courts.
7. Contact point
Our single point of contact for users and for authorities of the EU member states and the European Commission (DSA Art. 11 and 12) is support@kuratiq.com. You can write in English or Ukrainian; we also accept German, French and Russian.
8. Transparency
We publish the average number of monthly active users in the EU on this page every six months (DSA Art. 24(2)). First figure: after launch.
9. Availability and changes
Kuratiq is free. We may change or stop features. We will announce changes to these terms in the app before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.
10. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Profile → Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly post illegal content, after a warning, and tell the person why.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations and only for typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live always applies.
12. Law
The law of Ukraine applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
